My diets are pretty simple. I tell you what to eat and how much to eat of each macronutrient (carbs, protein, and fat). I will save you the trouble but you will get to eat carbohydrates. I do not believe in low-carb diets for long term results. Those diets are best used for a short time. However, we need carbohydrates to provide our body energy; the problem is we are not doing anything to burn the calories. I will write out particular types of food with: amount of carbohydrates, protein, and fats, for each meal. It will be up to you on how to cook it. Though I can recommend places to look for good recipes, I am not much of a cook and you may not like the meal I recommend. Also includes a grocery list and 7 days of meals. FREE WITH MEMBERSHIP
