Tana Mossa
is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and a
Specialist in Performance Nutrition.
He
has
been in the fitness industry for more than eight years
and began his own personal fitness journey in his early
teens.
Tana Mossa
originally based his personal fitness training in the DFW
area with several satisfied clients.
With his local success, Tana Mossa,
has introduced his personal training online.
Tana Mossa
began training at the age of 14 when his father gave him his
first free weight bench.
A
few new benches, fitness center memberships, and several
years later has found Tana Mossa as an
ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with the experience
necessary to find the right training program for any
lifestyle.

stay consistent with my training programs. It is to
ensure that if we need to make changes to the program that
we make it knowing that what we are doing works.”

Tana Mossa
knows what it takes to lose body fat and lose it quick and
in a healthy way.
As
a
former model, he keeps a body fat of no more
than 8% for the majority of the year.
He
keeps his diet and exercise programs as simple as they can
be.
Tana Mossa’s first priority
of training is keeping the client safe. Too often this is
forgotten in exchange for “getting quick results.”
Tana
Mossa’s
training programs are simple and unique for each person.
They are not cookie cutter programs that are
they same for everyone.
The
nutrition programs are made for the individual. A training
program for someone the same weight and gender will never be
the same.
